A3. Exhibition Hours

MALAYSIA AUTOSHOW 2023 is open from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm daily. Exhibitors are not permitted to close the booth or remove any of their exhibits, displays or merchandise from the hall during the entire duration of the exhibition hours.

During the exhibition period, exhibitors may access the hall one hour before the opening and half an hour after closing hours to  service their booths. Exhibitors who require access beyond the permitted hours must make arrangements with the operations team in advance.

A4. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls. All indoor public areas, inclusive of foyers, registration counters, organiser’s office, restrooms and exhibition halls are designated as Non-Smoking Zones.

A5. Removal of Items

Exhibitors are allowed to remove hand-carried items only after 10:00 pm on 7 May 2023.

Contractors are only allowed to dismantle the structure and items between 09:30 am to 10:00 pm on 8 May 2023 and 09:30 am to 04:00 pm on 9 May 2023.

A6. Exhibitor Badges & Registration

Badges allowing Exhibitors and bona fide members of their staff to enter the exhibition hall throughout the build-up, exhibition opening and dismantling periods will be issued free of charge within their entitlement. Additional badges required will be charged at RM10.00 per badge. Badges will be prepared according to the list provided on FORM 10 and can be collected on 2 May 2023 (Wednesday) from 9:00 am –6:00 pm.

Exhibitors are reminded to wear their badges at all times during the exhibition. Exhibitor badges are strictly for staff manning the stand only. Exhibitor badges are not transferrable. Replacement of lost badges will be treated as additional badges and charged at RM10.00 per badge.

A7. Contractor Badges

For the purpose of booth construction and the moving of exhibits, badges will be issued by the Official Contractor permitting those approved contractors and their workmen to enter the exhibition hall during the build-up and dismantling periods only. For security reasons, contractors and their workmen are required to wear their badges in the exhibition hall at all times.

A8. General Cleaning Information

The Organiser will provide general cleaning of the exhibition hall and walkways prior to the opening of the exhibition and daily thereafter. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to always maintain a clean booth condition.

All disposal of waste booth construction materials etc during the move-in and move-out period is the responsibility of the independent contractors appointed by the exhibitors. Disposal of the contractor’s waste materials by the Organiser or venue owner will result in the contractor’s performance bond being deducted.

Shell Scheme Exhibitors who bring in their own shelving and booth fittings shall ensure these are not left behind at the close of the show. Failure to comply will result in a charge of RM1,000 for labour and trucking required to dispose of the material.
